MISSION - Provide a rewarding and enriching recreational league baseball experience to all individuals involved in the Eastern Suburban Youth Baseball League. 

VISION - Utilize our community resources and the talents of our administrators, coaches, parents, volunteers and children to grow and improve a baseball organization which will be an example to others of youth baseball program excellence.

VALUES - We believe the success of our program will be a reflection of the attitudes, behaviors and actions promoted by its members.  To that end we:

• Commit to providing a fair and professionally run baseball program to meet the needs of players, coaches, parents and volunteers;
• Support the development of our baseball players and coaches in an inclusive and instructive recreational baseball league;
• Encourage competitive baseball without compromising the rules of the game or the spirit of sportsmanship;
• Will lead by example, and help our players and parents to understand the importance of fun, teamwork, improvement, and skills development over winning at any cost.
